Our Story
In January of 1979, I wanted to start my own business and the leasing/financing industry looked like a great opportunity. With a growing family of 6, I needed flexibility and wanted an opportunity to profit by helping others grow their businesses.
In the old days, we used to finance a lot of copiers and phone systems, along with stump grinders and tree spades and point of sale systems and computer systems, along with office furniture.
Over the years, technology changed and more financing markets opened up, leading me to the growing field of the waste and recycling industry. That also introduced us to financing dumpsters, roll off containers, and residential waste carts as the industry became more and more automated. The banks usually wanted trucks as additional collateral to finance those items, so we quickly became known as a great source of financing them, without tying up extra collateral.
Today we also finance front, rear and side load packers, split body packers and roll off trucks, portable toilets, landscaping and tree industry equipment and trucks, and trucks for the septic and portable toilet industries, and many construction trades, including paving and excavating.
One of the several advantages we offer is the ability to finance used equipment and trucks being purchased from private parties, as well as from dealers.
With over 45 different lenders, banks, and private investors to negotiate with for you, we can take care of most financing needs at very competitive rates and terms, with no down payments required.
Our financing approvals do not usually require any financial statements or tax returns up to $250,000. We are able to finance into the millions with financial packages for credit worthy companies.
